A: Unfortunately we cannot accept preprinted photos. due to the process for both mounting on Sintra and facemounting on plexiglass dust can get between the layers during the mounting process. If this happens, we can reprint the photo if we have the file to do so. This is not possible with preprinted photos. Prints with large areas of black or white are especially vulnerable to tiny dust specks.

A: Yes. Anytime we ship to an address other than your billing address we do not include a copy of the invoice. That will be forwarded directly to you. We, also, do not include our name anywhere in the shipment.  The resell price is up to you;  your customer will not see our prices.

A: Sintra mounted or facemounted plexiglass have your choice of a traditional wire on the back or a museum cleat. Wall hangers are included for the wire. All you need is a hammer.  For the museum cleat you will need 2 wall anchors.  Gallery wrap canvas, either 1 1 /4″or 2″, are finished with the traditional wire.  Wall hangers are included.  All you need is a hammer.
