Plexiglass face mounting is a spectacular way to exhibit photographs! The technique uses an optically clear adhesive to bond the printed image to the back of plexiglass.  The fusion allows light to be reflected directly off the face of the print, eliminating the secondary diffusion of light found in prints framed behind glass.  This results in enhanced color saturation, contrast and vibrance.  The plexiglass protects against scratches and UV rays.  We offer plexiglass mounted photos in 5 styles, all ready to hang upon delivery.  Free delivery is included with all purchases.

• Basic plexiglass face mounts – The image is printed edge to edge with a 1 1/2″ recessed back frame for hanging.
• 2 1/2″ white border — The white border resembles a traditional mat, drawing the eye in to the image.  This is finished with a 1 1/2″ recessed back frame.
• 2 1/2″ clear border –This is a very modern appearance with 1 1/2″ recessed back frame.
• 2 1/2″ clear border with stand offs – An even more contemporary appearance, this includes 1 1/2″ aluminum stand offs.
• 2 1/2″ white border with wood frame – The image is face mounted to 1/8″ plexiglass with a 2 1/2″ border and a wooden frame available in your choice of finishes.

Materials for assembling plexiglass face mounts were chosen for their high quality and archival nature.  Images are printed on Epson RC premium gloss photo paper with Epson HDR inks.  The optically clear mounting adhesive is SEAL Optimount.  The plexiglass is 1/4″ thick with polished edges, except where noted.
