Huntingdon Gallery, Ltd. is committed to quality products and your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed!
*Note* Our face-mounted acrylic prints should last a lifetime, but this process is only a few decades old so the true archival qualities are still untested. That being said, if your face-mounted print deteriorates in any way after 4 years we will replace it for the cost of production only (customer is responsible for material cost).
- Return any item in original packaging within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the price of your print. We will not refund or redo a print after 30 days of receipt.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping charges are not refundable (from Alaska, Hawaii or Canada).
To return your item(s) please pack them in the original box and include the completed Return Form. Be sure to specify the reason for the return, and what action you would like us to take: Free Replacement or Refund.
We strongly encourage you to return your item via a trackable method.
Huntingdon Gallery, Ltd. takes great pride in its commitment to customer satisfaction. However, certain circumstances are beyond our control and are not covered by the guarantee. Please note that we cannot be responsible for:
- Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer.
- Inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images.
- Errors in user-selected options such as choice of finish, quantity, cropping of photo or product type.
- Damage to the products arising after delivery to the customer.
- Color matching what you have printed off your printer or see on your monitor.
