Huntingdon Gallery, Ltd. will not print any image that is obscene, pornographic, or profane or any material that could give rise to criminal or civil liability under applicable laws. Huntingdon Gallery, Ltd. reserves the right to remove, delete, or block images that we do not deem appropriate.

Huntingdon Gallery, Ltd. respects the copyrights, real and implied, of photographers, artists and/or other copyright holders. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure they have the necessary authorizations and/or permissions to use the images.

Huntingdon Gallery, Ltd. does not own the images uploaded to our servers by our customers. They are the sole property of the creator/copyright holder. The customer agrees to hold Huntingdon Gallery, Ltd. harmless and shall assume all liabilities that may occur should a claim be brought against Huntingdon Gallery, Ltd. for the use of these images. Huntingdon Gallery Ltd. will not be held liable for any images uploaded to this site.

Huntingdon Gallery, Ltd. takes great pride in its commitment to our customers satisfaction. However, certain circumstances are beyond our control and are not covered by the guarantee. Please note that we cannot be responsible for:

• Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer.
• Inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images
• Damage to the products arising after delivery to the customer
• Color matching what you have printed off your printer or see or your monitor. We are a “pleasing color” print house. If you need to see color proofs please e-mail for pricing.

Your artwork comes ready to hang with either a wall anchor or museum cleat. Both are provided by Huntingdon Gallery, Ltd.

The user/customer of Huntingdon Gallery, Ltd. must be at least 13 years old.

Claims against Huntingdon Gallery, Ltd. must be filed within 45 days from the date of the cause of the claim. The parties agree to be governed by federal and state laws of the state of Pennsylvania, Westmoreland County, North Huntingdon Twp. The user/customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Huntingdon Gallery, Ltd., our officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers and any third-party information providers to the Service from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs including reasonable attorneys’ fees resulting from any violation of these Terms or any activity related to you account ( including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the Service using your account.
